Adam M Chlumsky's Obituary
Larned – Adam M. Chlumsky, 66, passed away August 18, 2014 at the Via Christi St. Francis, Wichita.
He was born August 4, 1948 in Larned; the son of Edward and Rebecca Christ Chlumsky. A lifetime area resident he was a cafeteria worker for the Larned State Hospital.
He was of the Catholic faith and served in the United States Army.
Survivors include; a son, Ronald Jarrett, Larned; two sisters, Edra Strode and Kathy Cryderman both of Salina and three grandchildren, Caulan, Thor and Ronin.
He was preceded in death by; two brothers, John and Harry and a sister, Joann Pinkston.
Graveside service will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Larned Cemetery with Rev. April Wegehaupt presiding. Friends may sign the register from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the Beckwith Mortuary, Larned. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned, Kansas with Military Graveside Rites.
Memorials may be given to the Jordaan Scholarship Fund, in care of the Beckwith Mortuary, P.O. Box 477, Larned, KS 67550.
