Obituary

Jetmore-Anna Edith Bristow, 96, died March 14, 2006 at Hodgeman County Health Center, Jetmore.

She was born October 13, 1909 in Hodgeman County, Kansas, the daughter of Jacob and Kathie Ewy Hubin. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, past Sunday school teacher, and known as Granny Annie.

On July 26, 1930 she married N. H. Bristow at Ransom, Kansas. He died June 1, 1991

Survivors include: two sons, Dennis Bristow, Dodge City, Don Bristow, Wilson; one daughter, Doreen Timken, Hays; one brother, Raymond Hubin, Jetmore; one sister, Olga Glasgow, Chanute; eight Grandchildren and twenty-four Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Irvin and Quinton Hubin; three sisters, Ada Wasko, Esther Rehmert and Alvena Eichman; a granddaughter, Caroline DeeAnn Timken.

Funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Jetmore, with Rev. Mitch Reece presiding. Friends may call from 9a.m. to 8p.m. Thursday and Friday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
