Larned – Bobbie J. Love, 63, passed away November 2, 2017 at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, Larned.

She was born September 22, 1954 in Larned, the daughter of Lamar Love and Sammie Shepherd Perkins. A lifetime area resident, she was a dietary aid at the Larned State Hospital and Country Living.

She was a member of the Escue Chapel, CME Church, Larned. She loved reading, watching mystery shows and the ID Channel, enjoyed cooking for family reunions and church dinners. Most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include: mother, Sammie Perkins, Larned; a son, Jeffery Caro, Larned; two daughters, Jovon Love and Fiancé Jerome Bell, Wichita, Jessica Love, Larned; three brothers, James Perkins, Larned, Jeffery Patterson, Larned, Patrick Patterson, Aurora, CO; three sisters, Jerry Perkins, Tampa, FL, Connie Moose, Wichita, Karen Love, Florida and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lamar Love and brother, Lamar Love Jr.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Beckwith Mortuary Chapel, Larned, with Rev. Cameron J. Moore and Rev. Damon Bradley presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the Mortuary, Larned. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned.
