Bobby Lee Warden's Obituary
Jetmore – Bobby (Bob) Lee Warden, 77, died March 28, 2009 at his home in Jetmore.
He was born August 9, 1931 in Jetmore, the son of Roscoe and Theo Evans Warden, he was a Police Officer.
He belonged to the United Methodist Church and the American Legion, both of Jetmore. He served in the U.S. Navy as an airman, Kansas Peace Office Association, V.F. W. and the Kansas Sheriffs Association.
On October 8, 1954, he married Anita Church at Raton, New Mexico. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Doyle L. Warden, Cimarron, Matthew N. Warden, Roseville, California; two daughters, Beverly M. Mariche, Dodge City, Glenna M. Johnston-Diggle, Elk Grove, California; Six Grandchildren; and Eight Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Doyle Warden.
Funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, at the United Methodist Church, Jetmore, with Rev. Marvin Ewertt presiding. Friends may call from 9a.m. to 8p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore, with military graveside rites.
Memorials may be sent to the Bob Warden Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
