Brenda Yvonne Moore, 75, passed away December 7, 2020 at her home in Larned.

She was born July 31, 1945 in Lubbock, Texas, the daughter of Ivory H. and Margaret Haussler Sharp.

A longtime area resident she was a Licensed Mental Health Technician II at Larned State Hospital. She was of the Lutheran faith and a homemaker.

On May 30, 1980, she married John D. Moore at Larned; he survives.

Other survivors include: a daughter, Sheila (Darren) Skinner, Las Cruces, New Mexico; two sons, Bryan (Amy) Cash, Houston, Texas, and Chris Moore, Larned; a sister, Jennifer L. Sharp, Brooksville, Florida; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Larned Cemetery with Pastor Stanley E. Palmer presiding.  Service will be viewable via Facebook Live at www.facebook.com/beckwithmortuary .  Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Beckwith Mortuary. The casket will remain closed. Burial will be in Larned Cemetery.
