Larned – Chris Lee Gess, 47, passed away September 30, 2017 in Larned.

He was born June 16, 1970 in Fairfield, California, the son of Lee Alan and Colleen Bridget Palmer Gess.
He moved to Larned about 10 years ago and worked at Wendy's. He enjoyed fishing, playing the guitar and the company of his good friends.

He was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include: his Parents, Lee and Colleen Gess, Las Vegas, Nevada and a sister, Dawn McFarlane, Selah, Washington.

Cremation has taken place and there will be a family visitation on Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Beckwith Mortuary, Box 477 Larned, KS 67550. Condolences may be left at www.beckwithmortuary.com.
