Dodge City – Claude E. Worley, 84, died December 8, 2009 at the Kansas Medical Center, Andover.
He was born November 26, 1925, in Hanston, the son of Chester and Herime Goller Worley. A lifetime area resident, he was an Electronic Technician.
He was of the Christian Faith and served in the United States Army.
On November 10, 1950, he married Lena M. Horn in Dodge City. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Gale Worley, Dodge City, Steven Worley, Colorado Springs, Colorado; two daughters, Debra and husband Nolan Robertson and Lisa and husband Wayne Land, both of Dodge City; one brother, Maurice Worley, Jetmore; one sister, Joy Salmans, Newton; five grandchildren, Mark, Worley, Crystal Worley, Colorado Spring Co., Erica Land, Gage Robertson, and Ryan Robertson of Dodge City.
He was preceded in death by one brother James, and one sister, Julia.
Memorial Service will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. with, Dr. Gary Winget presiding. Inurnment will be in the Hanston Cemetery with Military graveside rights.
