Larned – Clinton D. Vratil, 69, passed away November 5, 2015, at his home in Larned.

He was born September 12, 1946, in Larned, the son of Donald William and Marietta May Fairchild Vratil. A lifetime area resident, he worked for Tabler Furniture for 44 years as an Electronic Technician in Larned.

He was a member of the First Christian Church, Larned, where he served as an Elder. He was also a member of the First Christian Church Men's Ministry, Larned Country Club, Jaycee Group, Optimist Club and was a Hunter Safety Instructor.

On September 13, 1968, he married Jeanne Ritchie in Larned. She survives.

Other survivors include: two daughters, Marcie (Michael) Bruders, Rockford, MN, and Julie (Michael) Snyder, Larned; a sister, Linda Brown, Lenexa; three grandsons, Shawn Bruders, Camry and Jace Snyder; two granddaughters, Amanda Parise and Ashtan Van Buskirk; three great grandchildren, Aiden, Alivia and Adelyn Parise; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned, with Pastor Marcus Gonzalez presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned.
