Debra Lynn Belcher, 60, passed away October 24, 2020 at Hospice House of Hutchinson, Hutchinson, Kansas.

She was born September 8, 1960 in Norton to Robert and Mary Jo Sparkman Horesky.

Moving from Norton in 1990, she was a longtime area resident and worked at Larned State Hospital as a mental health developmental disability technician.

On March 10, 1993 she married Michael Belcher at Las Vegas, Nevada; he survives.

Other survivors include: mother, Mary Jo Horesky, Norton; three brothers, Robert Horesky Jr. and Jim Horesky, both of Norton, John (Tammy) Horesky, Russell; four nephews and one niece.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Larned Cemetery, Larned with Bob Sallee presiding. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned.
