Jetmore – Diana Mae Harms, 76, entered the gates of heaven to be with her wonderful husband, Gordon, on June 17, 2023, surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

She was born June 19, 1946 in Flagler, CO, the daughter of Merl and Irene Yoder Wing. A longtime area resident, she was a CMA and worked on the EMS.  She was an EMT I, training, CPR, and an instructor coordinator for Hodgeman County EMS and surrounding areas. Also, she worked with the Dodge City Community College EMS Program.  She was an officer and board member for KEMTA and SKEMS. Her greatest achievement was being a mom, grandma, and mentor to many.

She married Robert Arnold on July 24, 1963.  They later divorced.

On September 25, 1999, she married Gordon L. Harms in Dodge City.  He passed away June 6, 2019.

Survivors include: her dog, Kitty; four children, Tammy Denison, Jetmore, Todd (Lisa) Arnold, Wellington, CO, Sharon (Larry) Kiehl, Perryton, TX, Billy (Chantelle) Arnold, Hays; her four step children, Michele (Bob) Crabill, Jetmore, Darron Harms (Lisa Wasinger), Hanston, Vaughn (Julie) Harms and Brandon (Trisha) Harms, both of Jetmore; brother, Ron (Lori) Wing, Olathe, CO; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers, Melvin, Bob, Lloyd, Don, Dwight and Ken; two sisters, Ilene and Wanda; Grandson, Andrew Denison; two granddaughters, Alexis Garcia and Heather McKinney and one great grandson, Joel Miller.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2023 at United Presbyterian Church, Jetmore, with Rev. Mark Durham presiding.  Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore.  Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
