Burdett - Dolores Y. Wiedemann, 69, died July 23, 2010 at the St. Francis Hospital, Wichita, Ks.
She was born September 4, 1940 in Bradyville, Tennessee the daughter of Leslie and Lorene Armstrong Holt. A resident of Burdett for the last 45 years; She was a Registered Nurse.
She was a member of the Church of Christ of Larned and American Legion Auxiliary of Burdett, W.P.B.A., and Community Advisory Board for the St. Joseph Memorial Hospital.
On June 4, 1965 she married George Wiedemann in Woodbury, Tennessee. He survives.
Other survivors include: a son, Todd and wife Gina, Wichita and two grandchildren; Jordan Wiedemann and Bryce Wiedemann.
She was preceded in death by: two brothers, Gale Holt and Joe Holt, and a sister, Ruth Hoover.
Funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel with Chuck Marshall presiding. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the Beckwith Mortuary. Burial will be in the Browns Grove Cemetery, Burdett.
Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society or the Burdett EMS, both in care of Beckwith Mortuary, P.O. Box 477, Larned, KS 67550.
