Jetmore- Donald D. Sinclair, 90, passed away December 12, 2013 at the Trinity Manor Nursing Home in Dodge City
He was born January 17, 1923 in Hodgeman County, the son of John A. and Katherine L. Deatz Sinclair. A lifetime area resident, he was a farmer/rancher.
He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, Jetmore.
On November 8, 1948, he married Margaret (Golly) Golemboski in Oberlin. She survives.
Survivors Include: three sons, Robert (Julie) Sinclair, Salida, Colorado, David (Dottie) Sinclair, Owensboro, Kentucky and Kent Sinclair, Wright, Kansas; a sister, Katherine Hayes, Jetmore; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jean Sinclair Johnson; two brothers, Jack and Paul Sinclair and three sisters, Frances Margaret Sinclair, Audrey Louise Sinclair and Doris Madge Sinclair.
Vigil will be at 7p.m. Sunday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Jetmore. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the church with Father Maurice Cummings presiding. Visitation will be from 9a.m. to 8p.m. Saturday and 1p.m. to 5p.m. Sunday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
Memorials may be sent to the St. Lawrence Catholic Church or the Hodgeman County Health Center in care of Beckwith Funeral Home, PO Box 663 Jetmore, KS 67854.
