Larned- Dora L. Bowman, 107, passed away July 24, 2018 at Diversicare of Larned.

She was born May 17, 1911 in Ringwood, OK., the daughter of Herman H. and Margaret Elizabeth Welch Henning. A longtime area resident she was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Larned United Methodist Church and Methodist Women. She enjoyed crocheting and Fishing.

On Nov. 12, 1932, she married Eugene Paul Bowman in Larned.

Survivors include: three nieces, one nephew, numerous great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by, her husband, Eugene Paul Bowman; two brothers, David Henning and Mark Henning; six sisters, Grace Keller, Mabel Storey, Augusta Bowlus, Emma Holland, Clara Buhrer, Christobelle Huck and four nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am Tuesday at Beckwith Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Bethann Black presiding. Visitation will be 9am to 8pm Monday at Beckwith Mortuary. Burial will be at Belpre Cemetery, Belpre, Kansas.
