Doris Jean Moore's Obituary
Larned - Doris Jean Moore, 71, died August 15, 2010 at Hays Medical Center, Hays.
She was born September 8, 1938 in Wynne, Arkansas. The daughter of Bert and Ida Lee Brewster Stout; she was a Dietary Supervisor for the Larned State Hospital.
She was a member of the First Christian Church, Larned, Senior Companions and Genealogy Research.
On May 26, 1955 she married Richard Dale Moore at Larned. He survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Michael Lynn and Steven Wayne and wife Jeannie, both of Larned; a daughter, Patricia Ann Lippoldt and husband Steve, Rush Center; a brother , Roy Stout, Nowata, Oklahoma; three sisters, Martha Mae Benefield, Wynne, Arkansas, Brenda Evans, Hays, Linda Kaiser, Manhattan; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by: four brothers, Bert Stout Jr., James Earl Stout, Edward Lamar Stout, Twin brothers and a grandson, Mark Eric Wright.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Dan Lundgren presiding. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to the Pawnee County Humane Society or the First Christian Church, both in care of the Beckwith Mortuary, P.O. Box 477, Larned, KS 67550. Personal condolences may be left at www.beckwithmortuary.com.
