Duane Lee Mead's Obituary
Larned- Duane Lee Mead, 56, passed away November 26, 2016 at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, Larned.
He was born January 9, 1960 in Larned, the son of Richard and Carolyn Beamer Mead. A lifetime area resident, he was a Truck Driver.
He loved working on old cars, he was very proud of Fat Boys Trucking, loved electronics, hanging with his buddies and he enjoyed playing games with his nieces and nephews.
Survivors include, his father, Richard Mead, Larned; one brother, Stephen Mead, Larned; three sisters, Tammy (Eugene) Newfield, Peabody, Lisa(Rick) DeCoudres, Larned and Shari (Shawn) Mardis, Larned.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Carolyn Mead.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Memorials may be given to the Duane Mead Memorial Fund in care of Beckwith Mortuary, PO Box 663, Larned, KS. 67550.
