Elijah Alexander Norris, 17, passed away June 4, 2022 at his home in Burdett.

He was born January 5, 2005 in Hays, Kansas, the son of Geoffrey C. Norris and Irina Sretenski.  A lifetime resident of Burdett, he enjoyed working with his father at Norris Propane and Norris Farms, where he had a passion for farming and mechanic work.

He was a member of Faith Fellowship Church, Gray, Kansas. Elijah was a perfectionist, had a strong work ethic and was a connoisseur of Snap-On Tools. He had the ability and talent to fix anything and loved helping friends and family.  He was never afraid to let you know what he was thinking.

Survivors include: parents, Geoffrey C. Norris and Irina Sretenski, both of Burdett; sister, Marie Norris (Hayden), Burdett; grandmother, Valentina and great grandmother, Anna.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Faith Fellowship Church, Gray, Kansas, with Pastor Doug Ellison presiding.  Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2022, with family present from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned.  Burial will be in the Brown's Grove Cemetery, Burdett.
