Gary R. Dixon's Obituary
Jetmore – Gary R. Dixon, 62, died March 31, 2013, at Western Plains Medical Complex, Dodge City.
He was born September 22, 1950, at Topeka Ks, the son of Lawrence E. and Amanda Boehlke Dixon. He was a Farmer, Rancher, and was also employed at My-D Han-D of Dodge City.
He was a member of the Catholic Church as well as the N.R.A., Ford County Sportsman Club, and the Wild Turkey Federation.
On September 30th 1989 he married Linda Lampe in Larned Ks, she survives
Other survivors include: a daughter Genevieve Coleman, Wichita; two sons Lawrence Aaron Dixon, Overland Park, Ryan Dixon, Jetmore; a step daughter Serena Shields, McCook Nebraska, and two step sons Arron Zachman, Spearville, Nathan Zachman, Colorado Springs, Co. and seven grandchildren.
Funeral mass will be at 10 am Wednesday April 3rd at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Jetmore, with Father Maurice Cummings presiding. Visitation will be from 9am to 8pm Tuesday, at the Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Cremation will take place following the Funeral.
