Jetmore – George N. Muilenburg, 87, passed away March 1, 2025 at Hodgeman County Health Center, Jetmore.

He was born October 25, 1937 in Cedar Vale, KS, the son of Virgil Carl and Grace Metcalf Muilenburg.  A longtime area resident, he was an auto parts man.

He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed racing and auto mechanics.

On April 28, 1966, he married Charlene Hoover in Lawrence, Ks.  She survives.

Other survivors include his children: Tamara (Mark) Ravenstein, Jetmore, Michael (Valerie) Muilenburg, Salina, Cindy Allen, Dodge City; Eleven grandchildren, Ben (Audree), Shelly, Elizabeth (Pat), Kayla (Joe), Chris (JoAnna), Christina (Tristan), Charlena (Cody), Bradley, Mason, Heather (Jacob) and Dylan; seventeen great grandchildren, Shanaye, Addison, Tagen, Taylin, Betty, Lillian, Colton, Caleb, Josh, Domanic (Lexi), Aidan, Ryann, Boston, Camberia, Eiven, Leo and Gracelynn and one great-great grandchild, Kinsley.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Chad Allen.

Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2025 at United Presbyterian Church, Jetmore, with Pastor Mark Durham presiding.  Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2025 at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore.  Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
