Grace Eloise Dellett's Obituary
Salina - Grace Eloise Dellett, 99, died October 02, 2007.
She was born July 13, 1908 in Zurich, Kansas the daughter of John and Mabel C. Pickens Sutor. A resident of Salina moving from Larned eight years ago, she was a Homemaker, and Elementary Teacher.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women and received her teaching certificate from Ft. Hayes State College.
On August 26, 1934 she married Fred Victor Dellett Sr., at Zurich, Kansas. He died, April 8, 1992.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Leycester Sutor; and a sister, Thelma Masters.
Survivors include; a daughter Marjorie Morrow and husband Norman, Salina; two sons, Fred Dellett Jr. and wife Judith, Overland Park, Jon Dellett and wife Pat, Bridgewater, Virginia; nine grandchildren, Rene'e, Reesa, Ric, Richae, Brian, Neal, Chris, Cindi, Tim; and eleven great grandchildren, James, Elizabeth, Taylor, Talia, Andrew, Caroline, Alex, Kate, Eric, Tanner,and Dylan.
Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church, 701 Main, Larned. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday with the family present from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Garfield Cemetery.
Family requests in lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Hospice of Salina in care of the Beckwith Mortuary, P.O. Box 477, Larned, KS 67550.
