Iona "Betty" B. Lauber, 87, passed away November 24, 2020 at Kearney Regional Medical Center, Kearney, Nebraska.

She was born April 10, 1933 in Dodge City, the daughter of Francis and Virginia Thorton Norris.

Moving from Hollister, Missouri, she was an area resident since 2011. She worked in the kitchen at Medicalodge of Kinsley and enjoyed fishing, reading, and doing dot-to-dot puzzles.

On May 20, 1948 she married Clinton Harold Lauber; he preceded her in death on January 24, 1997.

Survivors include: two daughters, Pammie (Jan) Shank, Larned, Tammie (Jimmy) McClaren, Kinsley; a son, David (Martha) Lauber, Cheney; eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clinton; a daughter, Sandra Davis, and two sons, Robert Lauber and Terry Lauber.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
