Jack M. Dodson's Obituary
Rozel – Jack M. Dodson, 84, died December 14, 2008 at the Edwards County Hospital, Kinsley, Kansas.
He was born March 9, 1924 at Miami, Oklahoma, the son of Calse and Vennana Cunningham Dodson. A Rozel resident since December of 1999 moving from Colorado Springs, Colorado, he was a retired executive hotel chef. He was a Naval Veteran of WW II.
He was of Protestant faith and was an avid trap shooter.
On August 18, 1948 he married Kathryn L. Sauer at Van Nuys, California. She died January 10, 2007.
Survivors include: a bother-in law and sister-in-law, Joe and Martha Sauer, Rozel.
He was preceded in death by two Daughters, Linda Louise Dodson, and Paula Michelle Dodson
Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 16 at the Rozel Cemetery, Rozel, Kansas with Pastor Rich Zimmerman presiding. Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Beckwith Mortuary Chapel, Larned. Burial will be in the Rozel Cemetery, Rozel, Kansas.
