Janice Lynn Smith, 71, of Salina, Kan., passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024. She was born on October 6, 1952, at Camp Atterbury, Ind., to Richard and Eunice (Pitts) McKivergan.

Survivors include her sons, Chris Teschke (Kristin), Rob Teschke (Chrystie), Charley Smith, and Sam Smith (Shannon); grandchildren, Cooper Teschke (Alexcis), Maddie Bowles (Keenan), Abigail Teschke, Calahan Smith, Arianna Richard, and Aubrey Richard; brothers, John McKivergan, Delane Lampe; and sister, Tavanna Pesicka.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Eunice and "Bud" Lampe; husband, Curtis Smith; and brother, Marty Lampe.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N 8th St, Salina.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 26, at the United Presbyterian Church, 303 West Best St, Jetmore, Kan., with burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
