Obituary

Kale Allen Rainbolt, 62, passed away September 10, 2024 in Macksville, KS.

He was born July 28, 1962 in Larned, the son of James R. and Joan R. Flick Rainbolt. A lifetime area resident; he was an equipment operator, owner of Rainbolt Construction and co-owner of Larned Sand & Gravel for 29 years.

He was a member of the Larned JayCee's, Planning Committee, and a passed Fair Board Member. He loved spending time with his granddaughter and family. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting and was known as a professional tea drinker, teaser, and gun enthusiast.

Survivors include: one son, Kiah (Zahara Harper) Rainbolt, Larned; one daughter, Onya (Zeth Harper) Rainbolt, Pawnee Rock; two brothers, Randy (Debbie) Rainbolt, Larned and Gary (Terry) Rainbolt, Larned and one granddaughter EllieRae E. Rainbolt.

He was preceded in death by: his parents.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday September 20, 2024 at the Larned United Methodist Church with Rev. Angela Defisher and Pastor Ryan Webster Presiding. Visitation will be held, Thursday, September 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned with family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Cremation to follow funeral service and inurnment will be at a later date.
