Kathryn Jo Damm, 70, passed away May 10, 2023 at Hays Med in Hays, Kansas.

She was born June 2, 1952, in Larned, Kansas, the daughter of Robert and Betty Johannes Robbins.

A lifetime area resident, she was a preschool teacher, loved scrapbooking, spending time with grandkids and enjoyed sending cards for every occasion. She was a Girl Scout leader and member of Business and Professional Women's Association.

On April 2, 1974 she married Michael Gene Damm at Larned. He survives.

Other survivors include: son, Mark (Jessica) Damm, North Carolina; sisters, Kasey (Tom) Lane, Larned, and Kelly (David Fyler) Robbins, Scott City; two grandchildren Mike and Jason Damm, North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; daughter Kristy Damm-Edwards; sister Kerry Robbins.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned with Pastor Jarred Smith presiding. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2023 at Beckwith Mortuary with family present from 5-7 p.m. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery.
