Wichita- Lee Allen Schroeder, 47, passed away May 9, 2014 at his residence in Wichita, KS.

He was born December 19, 1966 in Larned, the son of Gary Burris and Mary Kay Ruth Hazel Schroeder. Lee grew up in Great Bend and had lived in Wichita for the last 4-5 years.

He loved sports, fishing and was a Chiefs, KU, Royals and a Yankees fan, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

On October 26, 1988 he married Patricia Richard in Hutchinson. She survives

Other Survivors include: three sons and their wives; Justin Allen Schroeder and Dessarae, Wichita, Jerrid Lee Schroeder and Brittany, San Diego, CA and Joshua James Schroeder and Chelsey, Hays, a brother; Steve Schroeder, Great Bend, five sisters; April Schroeder, Great Bend, Jackie Burris and Robin Burris, both of Topeka, Darnelda Burris and Leeanne Burris, both of Colorado and five grandchildren; Tristel Nicole Schroeder, Liam Allen Schroeder, Bryson Zane Schroeder, Landon Cole Schroeder and Ariah Kayy Schroeder.

He was preceded in death by, his mother; Mary Ruth Hazel Brothers Schroeder.

Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Ryan Webster presiding. Visitation with be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the mortuary. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned, KS.
