Lloyd (Butch) Woodard, 78, passed away December 2, 2021 at Diversicare of Larned.

He was born January 27, 1943 in Great Bend, KS, the son of Milton Glenn and Velda Jo Akin Woodard.  A Larned area resident, he was of the Christian faith. After serving four years in the United States Navy, he worked as an airline manager.

Survivors include: sister, Wadonna (Leonard) King, Larned; seven nephews, Scott (Nancy) King, Victoria, MN, Chuck (Pam) Woodard, Bridgeport, TX, Randy (Carol) Woodard, San Angelo, TX, Craig (Nancy) Woodard, Bridgeport, TX, Kevin (Sharon) Woodard, Azle, TX, Mark (Debbie) Woodard, Mt. Vernon, WA, Mike Woodard, Milton, Florida; a niece, Marsha Woodard, Schertz, TX.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Bob and Jeanette Woodard, Bill and Kathy Woodard and a niece, Staci Lynn King.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 9, 2021 at the Larned Cemetery, Larned, with Bob Sallee presiding.  Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned. Burial with military graveside rites.
