Marjorie I. McKinney, 88, passed away September 20, 2023 at Cedar Village, Ness City, Kansas.

She was born August 5, 1935 in Longdale, Oklahoma the daughter of Avery G. and Edna Knoop Hall.

A lifetime area resident; she was a teacher. She was a member of New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene of Larned, Kansas.

She married Carl McKinney on July 10, 1966 in Kinsley, Kansas. He preceded her in death on March 14, 2023.

Survivors include: son, Kenneth R. McKinney, Arlington, Kansas; daughter, Sheila McKinney, Garfield, Kansas; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers, Dean Hall and Jon Hall; and a sister Irene Miller.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 6, 2023 at New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene, Larned, Kansas with Bo Rouse presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned, Kansas. Burial will be in Wayne Cemetery, Lewis, Kansas.
