Larned – Marvin Lee Campbell, 64, died November 17, 2006 at his home in Larned.
He was born May 17, 1942 at Great Bend, Kansas the son of Lawrence Edward and Alice Marie Phillips Campbell. A resident of Larned since 2003 moving from Tucson, Arizona, he was a draftsman and CADD Tech for URS Corporation.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Larned and the American Legion, Tucson.
On January 27, 1968 he married Judy Beach at Phoenix. She died August 11, 1994. On August 16, 1998 he married Donna Rae Skelton at Tucson, Arizona. She survives.
Other survivors include: four sons, Michael Beach, Waco, Texas, Kelly Beach, Tucson, Arizona, Allen Campbell, Tucson, Arizona, David Skelton, Lakeland, Tennessee; five daughters, Yvonne Beach Ortiz, Sherri Israel both of Tucson, Arizona, Dawn, Michele, Lori Skelton, all of Larned; a brother, Eugene Campbell, Larned; two sisters Marie Post, Spearfish, South Dakota, Carolyn Duncan, Larned; thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel, Larned with Pastor Tim Ault-Duell presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary. Cremation will take place after the funeral with private inurnment at a later date in the Farmington Cemetery, Macksville.
