Larned – Michael Wayne Foley, 58, died October 20, 2006 at Southwind Hospice House, Pratt.
He was born June 21, 1948 at Peoria, Illinois, the son of Delmar and Wilma "Billie" Hayes, Foley. A resident of Larned for five years moving from Winfield, he was a Psychologist with the Department of Corrections.
On May 6, 1978 he married Judy Remmert at Hays, Kansas. She survives.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Kathryn Stafford and husband Jason, Elizabeth Lewis and husband Justin, both of Lawrence, Kansas; a sister, Patty Hayes and husband Darrell, Washington State; and a granddaughter, Layla Lewis, Lawrence, Kansas.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
