Larned – Nadine H. Reed, 93, died July 18, 2013, at Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center, Great Bend.
She was born March 5, 1920 at Kincaid, the daughter of Harry and Bertha Foster. A longtime area resident, she was a homemaker.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include: two sons, Worth M. Reed, Kingman, Dayle Reed and wife Carole, Branson, Missouri; three daughters, Barbara Hefner and husband Dr. Andy, Great Bend, Beverly Roots and husband Phil, Kingman, Betty Reed, Derby; a brother, Elvin Foster, Iola; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; a niece and a nephew
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Larned Cemetery, Larned, with Pastor Mark Slattery presiding. Beckwith Mortuary Box 477, Larned, Ks 67550 is in charge of arrangements.
