Larned - Norman Alexander Worden, 33, passed away October 15, 2017 at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, Larned.
He was born February 27, 1984 in San Antonio, Texas, the son of William F. and Nancy Gourdin Worden. A longtime area resident; he was a Military Veteran.
He was of the Christian faith, was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, both of Larned and Wounded Warriors.
On September 13, 2014 he married Jordahn S. Perez in Larned. She survives.
Other survivors include; his mother, Nancy Worden, Orem, Utah; three sons, William B. Worden, Hutchinson, Andrew C. Worden, Hutchinson, Broguhn Worden, Larned; a daughter, Brixton Worden, Larned; three brothers, Jacob E. Worden, Newton, Neal Worden, Larned and Willson S. Worden, Larned; a sister, Kindra Perez, Larned; mother and father-in-law, John and Shona Helms, Larned, and father-in-law Mike Perez, Protection.
He was preceded in death by; his father, William F. Worden and his daughter, Forever Lila Worden.
Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Beckwith Mortuary Chapel with Steven Blea and Pastor Damon Bradley presiding. Friends may sign the register 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the mortuary. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned, Kansas with military graveside rites.
Memorials may be given to the Norman Worden Memorial fund in care of Beckwith Mortuary, P.O. Box 477, Larned, KS 67550.
