Larned – Paul Heaton Moore, 86, died May 31, 2013, at the Diversicare of Larned, Larned.

He was born January 13, 1927, in Veedersburg, Indiana, the son of Clarence Dove and Anna May Heaton Moore, he was a licensed Mental Health Technician.

He was of the Christian faith.

On December 8, 1947, he married Flora Virginia Nicholson at Dodge City. She died February 2, 2012.

Survivors include: two sons, Allan Wayne Moore and Robin, Wendell, North Carolina and Wayne Allan and wife Christie Moore, Frederick, Maryland; a daughter, Catherine and husband Chuck Rapp, Salina; two brothers, William Alvin Moore, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Richard Dale Moore, Lawrence; a sister, Virginia Lea Olsen, Las Vegas, Nevada; two grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jane Moore and a grandson, Troy Rapp.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday at the Larned Cemetery, with Pastor Dan Lundgren presiding. Visitation will be from 1p.m. to 8p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to noon Monday at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned.
