McPherson – Paul Jeffery Picard, 69, passed away February 11, 2025 at McPherson Health and Rehab, McPherson, Kansas.

He was born October 5, 1955 in San Diego, California, the son of Stan and Ruby June Romine Picard.

He lived in Russell before moving to Haviland in 2005 and later moved to McPherson.  Paul was a factory worker and enjoyed watching TV and visiting with his roommate.

Survivors include: some distant relatives and his appointed representative, Carolyn Irvin.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday April 1, 2025 at Shiloh Cemetery, Codell, Kansas.
