Larned – Randy Rose, 67, passed away August 4, 2025 at Larned.

He was born June 27, 1958 in Larned, the son of Cecil Merle and Loretta M. Buhrer Rose.

He was a lifetime area resident, and was a truck driver. He was of the Christian faith.

Randy loved walking the river to look for arrowheads and pick up rocks. He liked to ride his 4-wheeler, fish, collect remote control cars, boats and drones. He loved his German Shepherd and gardening.

Survivors include: mother, Loretta Rose, Larned; two daughters, Brandi (Ryan) Ruby, Larned and Amanda (Matt) Auble, Larned; sister, Sherri Woods, Larned; four grandchildren, Bailey Williams, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Taylor Ruby, Kaden Auble, and Caycen Auble, all of Larned; one great granddaughter, Azlynn; and his faithful sidekick, his dog, Abby.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Merle Rose.

Graveside Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, August 11, 2025 at Larned Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Hickey presiding. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2025 at Beckwith Mortuary. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery.
