Jetmore – Raymond Walter Hubin, 85, died April 20, 2010, at Hays Medical Center, Hays, Kansas.
He was born July 11, 1924, the son of Jacob and Katie Ewy Hubin. A lifetime area resident. He was a Farmer-Stockman.
He was a Christian and he served in the US Army.
On April 30, 1950. He married Jennie Mae More, at Neosho Co., she died March 12, 2004.
Survivors include: twos sons, David, Jetmore, Earl, and wife Glenda, Dodge City, three daughters, Nancy Hubin, Jetmore, Betty Verbist, Tomahawk, Wisconsin, Judy and husband Gene Delaney, Ness City. 9 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by five sisters, Anna Bristow, Olga Glassco, Ada Wasko, Esther Rehmert, Alvina Eichman, two brothers, Irvan Hubin, Quinton Hubin.
Funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the United Methodist Church, Jetmore, with Dr. Dyton Owen and Rev. Carl Vincent presiding. Burial will be in the Mennonite Church Cemetery, Hanston, with Military Graveside Rites. Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday and Friday with the Family present from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Friday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore.
Memorials may be sent to the Hanston Mennonite Church or Hodgeman County Long Term Care Center in care of Funeral Home.
