Larned – Rhonda Kay Krom-Roe, 58, passed away May 6, 2018 in Larned, KS.

She was born May 3, 1960 in Ponca City, OK, the daughter of Melvin and Norma Allen Gray.  A lifetime area resident, she was a retired waitress.

She was a member of the First Christian Church in Larned.  She was very giving and forgiving, enjoyed arts and crafts and loved her kids, grandkids, great granddaughter, family and animals.

Her common law husband of 22 years is James Roe. He survives in Larned.

Other survivors include: father, Melvin Gray, St. John, KS; son, Justin (Krisann) Gray, Wichita, KS.; two daughters, Misty Disque, Larned, Rosie Swanson, St. Paul, MN; four brothers, Rodney Gray, Great Bend, KS, Rusty Gray, Warrensburg, MO, Bill (Jolene) Dolezal, Beatrice, NE, Tommy (Carol) Gray, Pawnee Rock, KS; four sisters, Ruby Byerly and Dianne (Bob) Willesden, both of Great Bend, KS, Treasa (Jack) Hester, Clovis, NM, Katherine (Bob) Hughes, Urbana, MO; eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Gray.

Cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be 5:00 p.m. Saturday, May 12 at the First Christian Church with Pastor Damon Bradley presiding.
