Robert L. Rehmert's Obituary
Dodge City – Robert L. Rehmert, 71, died December 12, 2006, at his home in Dodge City.
He was born February 25, 1935 at Jetmore, the son of Louis H and Thelma Duncan Rehmert. He was a longtime area resident. Moving to Dodge City in 1961. He was the Owner of ABC Constructions Company for 44 years.
He attended the Grace Community Church where he served as the Ambassador of Hugs, Dodge City. He attended the Burdett schools, in Burdett.
On December 20, 1959 in Wichita he married Linda Parrott, She survives.
Other Survivors include: two daughters, Lora Rehmert, and Mindy Rehmert, both of Dodge City; three sons Steve, and wife Donna, Ensign; Chuck, Dodge City; Darrell and wife Pam, Oakley; one brother Dennis Rehmert, Dodge City; one sister, La Donna Evert, Longmont, Colorado; seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Grace Community Church, Dodge City, with Pastor Kirk Larson presiding. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. to 8: 00 P.M. Thursday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
