Larned  - Rosalyn Wanita Bruntzel, 92, was born June 29, 1926, in Rozel; The daughter of Adlai Stevenson and Rosetta Edna Wormwood Umberger. She passed away November 6, 2018 at Country Living Memory Care, Larned.

On August 8, 1946 she married Eldred DeVerne Bruntzel in Larned.  He passed away April 14, 2017.  She was a resident of Ulysses from 1959-2010, where she was a bookkeeper for Bruntzel Oil Company; then moved to Larned in 2010.

She loved to crochet, do upholstery work, gardening, fishing, going garage saling, dancing and traveling with Eldred.

Survivors include; two daughters, Joyce Marie Klein, Salina and Jennifer Kay (Dennis) Kepka, Wilson; five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by; a daughter, Janell Rose Bruntzel, three brothers, Dave Richard Umberger, Dean Albert Umberger, Lewis Cody Umberger; and three grandchildren, Teri Jo Klein, Troy Kelly Klein and Derek Shane Klein.

Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17th at Beckwith Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Gene Price presiding.  Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 16th at Beckwith Mortuary.  Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned.
