Jetmore – Shannon Gibbons, 50, died January 15, 2013, at her home in Jetmore.

She was born January 31, 1962, in Redding, California, the daughter of Charles and Christine Butcher and Carroll and Russ Hess. Moving from Vallejo, California to Jetmore in 1997, she was a secretary and worked at the Register of Deeds.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Operation Christmas Child, and was head of the Mission Committee at the church, all of Jetmore.

On August 9, 1997, she married Daniel Gibbons at American Canyon, California. He survives.

Other survivors include: three daughters, Laura Lemmons, Jetmore, Karissa Lemmons, Salina, Heidi Black, Benicia, California; a son, Josh Gibbons, Benicia, California; a brother, Kris Butcher, Vallejo, California; two sisters, Sheri Mothersbaugh, Pasco, Washington, Erika Tutt, Kennewick, Washington and four grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church, Jetmore, with Pastor Dennis Fulton presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
