Sharon Kaye Lovesee, 83, passed away January 16, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, Larned.

She was born October 17, 1941 in Zurich, Kansas; the daughter of Rudolph Robert and Violet Kaba Novotny.  A lifetime area resident she was a homemaker.

She was of the Methodist faith.

On June 30, 1962 she married Fred Lovesee.  He passed away October 21, 2022.

Survivors include; four sons, Steve Lovesee, Kinsley, Doug Lovesee and Ron (Kim) Lovesee, both of Larned and Joel (Sonya) Lovesee, Leon; a sister, Dolores Morton, Larned; nine grandchildren, Andrew, Kayla, Paisley, Canvas, Torrance, Taytum, Tinley, Sam and Levi and one great grandchild on the way.

She was preceded in death by; two brothers, Bill Novotny and E.J. Novotny and a sister Roberta Hairfield.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Beckwith Mortuary with Reverend Angela DeFisher presiding.  Inurnment will be in the Hoisington Cemetery, Hoisington, Kansas.
