Great Bend – Sheila Ann Stanko-Horton, 42, passed away August 30, 2015 at her residence in Great Bend.
She was born October 17, 1972 in Joliet , Illinois, the daughter of Stanley and Judith Carlyle Stanko. She lived in the area the past 7 years, was of the Lutheran faith and a CNA by occupation.
She is survived by; two sons, Dale A. Horton, Tracy Raymond Horton; a daughter, Kathryn Horton, all of Great Bend; a sister, Stephanie Genereux and husband Alan; a brother William Alvoid and wife Amy, Montour Falls, NY; fiance' Randal Coyle, Great Bend; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Tina L. Phillips Marler and Alberta May Marler.
A Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Friday at the Larned Cemetery, Larned, KS., with Pastor Mark Lovette officiating. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned.
Memorials may be given to Sheila Stanko-Horton memorial fund in care of Beckwith Mortuary, P.O. Box 477, Larned, KS 67550.
