Larned – Tenny Griffin, 88, passed away July 10, 2020 at Medicalodge of Great Bend.

She was born July 29, 1931 in Memphis, Tennessee to William and Margaret Crowe Vincent.

A longtime area resident, she was of the Christian faith and a registered dietician at Larned State Hospital.

On October 21, 1988 she married Wendell Griffin at Larned; he preceded her in death on November 12, 2018.

Survivors include: two daughters, Maggie McIntosh, Smith Center and Amy Hansen, Texas City, Texas; son, Jack Braley, Bosier City, Louisiana; three step sons, David (Theresa), Byron and Bruce (Elizabeth) all of Larned; step daughter, Brenda (Brian) Reed, Larned; brother, Jerry Vincent, Florida; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wendell; two brothers, Glenn Vincent, Larry Vincent; and a sister, Jeanie Nance.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
