Terry G. Borger's Obituary
Jetmore – Terry G. Borger, 73, died January 8, 2010, at his home in Jetmore.
He was born June 20, 1936, at Ness City, the son of Emanuel and Eldora McDonald Borger. A lifetime area resident, he was the owner of Terry's LP Gas Service, a farmer and a rural route carrier for Jetmore
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, retired volunteer firefighter and a race car owner.
On May 7, 1955 he married Darlene Edwards at Ness City. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Eldon and wife Debbie and Dale and wife Vonda Borger, Jetmore; one brother, Marlyn Borger, Hays; two sisters, Twyla Kranz, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Eloyce Meis, Wichita; seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Allen Borger.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at United Methodist Church, Jetmore, with Dr. Dyton L. Owen presiding. Friends may call from 9a.m. to 8p.m. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
Memorials may be sent to the Terry G. Borger Memorial Fund or the Ness County Bank Building in care of the funeral home.
