Terry L Nusser's Obituary
Jetmore – Terry L. Nusser, 63, passed away August 31, 2015, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.
He was born November 12, 1951, in Larned, the son of Lloyd and Rachel Schwartz Nusser. A lifetime area resident, he owned and operated Nusser Motors and Nusser Oil Company in Jetmore and Hanston.
Terry was a member of the United Methodist Church, Lions Club, National Auto Dealer Association and an Amoco Oil Jobber.
On August 16, 1975, he married Evelyn Blackburn in Dodge City. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Jeremy Nusser, San Francisco, CA and James Nusser and wife(Tracy)Nusser, Jetmore; a daughter, Jacie Nusser, Dodge City; a sister, Janice Thoben, Jetmore; two granddaughters, Sarah and Kate Nusser, Jetmore and a nephew, John Thoben, San Francisco, CA.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Joe Thoben.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church, Jetmore, with Pastor Dennis Fulton and Dr. Gary Winget presiding. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Terry L. Nusser Scholarship Fund in care of Beckwith Funeral Home, Box 663 Jetmore, KS 67854. Condolences may be left at www.beckwithfuneralhome.com.
