Theoda E. Huish, 81, passed away February 11, 2023 at Emerald Nursing and Rehab, Lincoln, Nebraska.

She was born June 9, 1941 in Jetmore, the daughter of Leon M. and Beth Ora Berger Hill Sr.

A longtime area resident she was a RN and a member of the Jetmore United Methodist Church, Haun Museum, worked in the extension office for many years, participated in many activities in the local county fair and Hodgeman County Historical Society. She spent many welcomed hours with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include: son, Ronald Ralph Huish (Tobi), Jetmore; grandchildren Meagan Huish, Stacie Huish, both of Jetmore, and Jeremy Huish (Bridgett) Ness City, KS; four great grandchildren Daytona Huish, Brooklynn Huish, Gracie Huish, and Camden Huish; and brother, Leon M. Hill Jr., Lincoln, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Robert Huish III.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 24, 2023 at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore with Reverend Mark Durham presiding. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday February 23, 2023 at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Inurnment will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
