Theresa Margaret Sandblade's Obituary
Larned – Theresa Margaret Sandblade, 84, died February 22, 2008 at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital, Larned.
She was born August 23, 1923 at Hebron, North Dakota, the daughter of Joseph and Margaret Matje Bergesch. A resident of Larned since 1958 moving from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, she was the Philsco Products office manager for 20 years. She took loving care of her family, home and garden.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned.
On May 23, 1949 she married Phillip J. Sandblade at Pine City, Minnesota. He survives.
Other survivors include: a son, Richard Sandblade and wife Elaine, Aurora, Colorado; a daughter Diane Dodez, and husband Orin, Larned; a brother, Carl Bergesch, Roseville, California; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Joe; three sisters, Sue Thompson, Mary Lewsadder, and Ann Bruce.
Parish Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, February 25th at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel, Larned. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned with Father Bernard Felix presiding. Friends may call from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the mortuary. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned.
