Garfield – Timothy V. Krob, 68, passed away August 28, 2026 in Larned.

He was born October 23, 1957 in Russell, the son of Charles John and Donavene Adele (Benedick) Krob.

A longtime area resident, he was a member of Paradise Methodist Church, Paradise, Kansas. He served in the National Guard, worked in the oil field for thirteen years, worked in agriculture, and was a truck driver for over twenty years. He was a loving, caring, father, husband and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He always liked to have a good time, and loved riding his motorcycle and going hunting, and fishing.

On October 9, 2004 he married Amanda Lynn Hall in Garfield; she survives.

Other survivors include: three sons, Casey Krob, Larned, Colten and Dakota Krob, both of Garfield; daughter, Tifany Brooks, Wichita; sister, Sheila Jones, Plainville; four grandchildren, Corbin Krob, Arhiana Krob, Alivia Brooks, E.J. Brooks; and all of his extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Donavene Krob; son, Charles Davis; two sisters, Angela McNeal, and Pamela Terry.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2026 at Garfield United Methodist Church, Garfield, with Pastor Bo Rouse presiding. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned.
