Jetmore – Tracey Leon Sinclair, 84, died December 11, 2011, at the Hodgeman County Health Center, Jetmore.
He was born July 29, 1927, at Jetmore, the son of Albert T. and Nellie Love Sinclair. He was retired from the Kansas Department of Transportation after 36 years and served as the supervisor.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Odd Fellows, Boy Scout leader and coached girls youth sports, all of Jetmore.
On May 4, 1947, he married Betty J. Hey at Jetmore. She died December 13, 2007.
Survivors include: two daughters, Yvonne Holmes and husband Randy, Hanston, Karen Ochs and husband Marion, Jetmore; two brothers, Wayne Sinclair, Colorado, Charles Sinclair, Garden City; a sister, Nancy Werner, McLoud, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Kathy Headrick, Greensburg, Marti Vicars, Leavenworth, Sarah Ochs, Ozawkie, Brooke Bradford, Jetmore, Krystal Holmes, Shawnee, and Ashley Appel, Jetmore and six great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Coleen Reed.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, at the United Methodist Church, Jetmore, with Pastor Dennis Fulton presiding. Friends may call from 9a.m. to 8p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.
