Wanda M. Stanford, 57, passed away October 26, 2021 at her home in Larned.

She was born October 26, 1964 in Larned, the daughter of Charles and Frances Thomson Stanford.

A longtime area resident, she grew up in Hutchinson, graduating in the 1983 class of Hutchinson High School. She was a Licensed Mental Health Technician at Larned State Hospital and she enjoyed beading, crafting, reading, playing cards, and was a Kansas City Chiefs fan.

She is survived by Mary (Jeanne) Chaffin, Coffeyville, Clayton (LeAnne) Chaffin, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and numerous other cousins.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Sonia, and two aunts, Betty Base and Patricia Chaffin.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
