Wesley Gene Linder Jr, 51, passed away April 28, 2021 at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, Larned.

He was born August 27, 1969 in Fresno, California; the son of Wesley Gene Sr. and Barbara Hermes Linder.  A longtime area resident; he was a MHDD Tech at Larned State Hospital.

He was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church, Larned; enjoyed bull riding, watching paranormal shows and documentaries.

On April 29, 1999 he married Mary Jones in Pawnee Rock, Kansas.  She survives.

Other survivors include; three step-sons, Richard (Samantha) Emily, Larned, Robert (Beth) Emily, Cobalt, Missouri and Ronald (Melanie) Emily, Belpre; a sister, Jeannine (Chris) Potter, Kalispell, Montana; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren; step mother, Stella Linder, Texas; and two step sisters, Melissa Hawtof and Rachel Worden.

He was preceded in death by; his parents.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 7, 2021 at First Southern Baptist Church, Larned, with Pastor Mark Slattery presiding.  Inurnment will be in the St. Regis Cemetery, St. Regis, Montana at a later date.
